The year is almost at an end and on behalf of the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA), we’d like to thank you for all your support this past year. You have made CANSA visible to our communities, by helping to keep them informed about types of cancer, causes of cancer and ways to help reduce its risk and impact.
You’ve helped to tell all South Africans about our service, our ‘watchdog role’ and research findings. You have helped us to gain support for our national projects, such as CANSA Shavathon and CANSA Relay For Life. We believe an informed community can effectively fight against cancer and your medium assists us in reaching many cancer survivors in the community, especially those in need of help and guidance.
CANSA offices are closed from the 18th December 2009 to the 5th January 2010. However, our toll-free line will be manned for urgent calls or those in need of assistance.
